      媒体融合的不断发展给学术期刊带来了新的挑战,主要体现在信息发布渠道与获取便利性、信息传播时效性、受众范围与传播方式、个性化信息需求、期刊管理体制机制等方面。学术期刊应选择切实可行的发展路径,借助媒体融合之力实现自身的可持续发展:找准自身定位,提升学术质量,打造期刊特色;顺应媒体融合发展趋势,借鉴国际经验,推进自身数字出版进程;积极转变理念,大力挖掘编辑团队内部潜力,有针对性地引进复合型人才;注重掌握技术主动权,推进编辑资源共建共享;坚守社会效益为先原则,提升期刊市场生存能力。
英文摘要:
      The continuous development of media convergence brings new challenges to academic journals, which are mainly reflected in aspects of the release channel and availability of information, the timeliness of information dissemination, the audience range and spread method, the needs for personalized information, the management system and mechanism of journals, etc. Feasible development paths should be selected by academic journals, in order to achieve sustainable development with the aid of the power of media convergence:accurately positioning, improving academic quality, and creating journal characteristics; following the development trend of media convergence, promoting their own digital publishing process, and using international experiences for reference; actively changing ideas, vigorously excavating the internal potential of editorial team, and introducing versatile talents accordingly; paying attention to master technological initiative and promote the sharing of editing resources; and adhering to the principle of social benefits first and improving the market viability of journals.
