| Taking the editorial team of Journal of Guangxi Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience on realizing interactive and participative editorial training, so as to establish a highly qualified editorial team, and develop the culture of the editorial office by stimulating editors'initiatives and combining the editors'career development with the journal development. |
