| The development of sci-tech journals is most associated with the quality of author team. Based on the practice of editing, we discuss how sci-tech editors help authors by transferring positive energy to adjust their attitude with right view of publishing and value. We hope that it can provide a reference to the training of high-quality author team and the development of sci-tech journals. |
