      在分析科技期刊编辑思维的基础上,认为惯性思维对科技期刊质量有2方面的作用,即促进作用和阻碍作用:促进作用主要表现在文稿审理的便捷性和编辑加工的熟练性;阻碍作用表现为审稿思路固定、编辑加工一成不变、办刊理念落后等。对科技期刊质量有促进作用的惯性思维我们要加强,对期刊质量有阻碍作用的则要调整,而学习和多思维模式的培养则是加强和调整惯性思维的主要方式。
英文摘要:
      Based on the analysis of thinking of sci-tech periodical editors, the effects of inertia of thinking on the quality of sci-tech periodicals, both promotive and inhibitory, are demonstrated. Promotion includes the convenience of manuscript trial and the skills of editing and processing, while inhibition includes the rigid manuscript trial and editing and processing, especially the laggard idea of journal publishing. Therefore, we must strengthen the promotive effect and adjust the inhibitory impact. In order to achieve this target, study and training of multi modes of thinking are needed.
