| There are often some errors of significant digits for numerical values of measurement, record and calculation results in sci-tech papers. Inspection of them should not be neglected. This article outlines the rules of determining significant digits for four kinds of numerical values from direct measurement, indirect measurement, random measurement and statistical calculation, and analyzes them with actual examples. |
