| 为了促进光盘版医学期刊的发展,本文调查了国家卫生计生委主管的光盘版医学期刊发展现状:共有光盘版期刊59种；内容涉及基础医学和临床医学的多个学科；办刊模式上由电子音像出版社负责对期刊内容和广告终审、年检、审读等日常业务管理,期刊编辑部负责内容的编辑制作；有20种期刊被相关数据库收录。光盘版期刊发展存在的问题包括办刊思路局限,出版质量、认可度和影响力不高,版权保护能力弱,网络化转型升级压力大等。通过分析提出了做好网络出版转型升级准备、发展集约化管理、重视内容和质量建设、完善数字期刊质量评估体系和出版权保护相关政策等建议。 |

| In order to develop the CD/DVD edition medicine periodicals, a survey was conducted to learn the status of development. There was 59 kinds of CD/DVD edition medicine periodicals administrated by National Health and Family Planning Commission of People's Republic of China. The contents of these periodicals covered many kinds of brands of preclinical and clinical medicine. The running mode of periodicals was that the electronic audio and video publishing house was in charge of management such as the final manuscripts examine for content and advertisement, annual inspection and so on. The editorial offices were in charge of edition. There were 20 kinds of periodicals embodied by some data bases. Some problem blocked the development for the CD/DVD edition medicine periodicals such as the limited running mode and the poor press qualities, the low degree of recognition, week copyright protection and the stress for network transformation and upgrading. There were some strategies for the development of CD/DVD edition medicine periodicals, such as making preparations for network transformation and upgrading, intensive management, strengthening content and qualities, improving relevant policies for qualities assessment and copyright protection. |
