| 经过近10多年的快速发展,我国已成为名副其实的期刊出版大国,但是科技期刊的发展在品种、数量规模与质量效益等方面还存在许多不相适应的地方。现阶段,科技期刊的发展已从数量增长为主转变为以质量提高为主。文中分析了科技期刊如何围绕提高学术质量这一主线,从稿源、审稿、服务等方面形成一套办法和机制,实现整体学术质量的提升。 |

| After nearly a dozen years of rapid development, China has become a giant in journal publishing in terms of quantity, but there are still many factors in the development of sci-tech periodicals that do not match, such as variety, quantity scale and quality benefit. At present, the focus of development of sci-tech periodicals has shifted from quantity to quality. This paper analyzes how to improve the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals, from the aspects of paper quality, review quality, and the quality of service. |
