| Taking Journal of Shenyang Normal University (Natural Science Edition) as example, this article introduces how the editors mine scientific research resources in Shenyang Normal University to construct characteristic column "operations research and cybernetics", and closely tracks the research progress of researchers for high quality manuscripts. It also presents how to find the content blank of journals in strong or elite universities for planning and constructing characteristic columns in the journals of local colleges and universities so as to enhance journal's influence and promote the discipline construction. |
