      近年来,同人集体抱怨评价体系和唯SCI论使得中国科技期刊丧失了优质的稿源,作者纷纷转向国外的期刊。诚然,上述问题限制了国内科技期刊优质作者的凝聚力,但不可否认,国内期刊在体制和机制方面还远远落后于国外,导致编辑培养模式和导向性的错误,致使在服务方面出现了专业上的系统性缺失。文章从生产模式、专业化分工、服务手段、服务态度和学术不端把控等角度入手分析中国科技期刊编辑存在的问题,以期为国内科技期刊编辑提升服务能力带来启示。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, some colleagues have been complaining that the promotion/evaluation system, as well as “SCI Wand” encourage the researchers to submit their manuscripts to foreign journals which results in a great loss of high-quality articles to Chinese sci-tech periodicals. Indeed, such conditions partly extinguish the authors' enthusiasm to publish their papers in domestic periodicals. But there is no denying that the domestic editors still lag far behind in terms of specialization, which misleads our training mechanism, and leads to systematic absence in professional service. The author tries to discover the problems existing in the Chinese sci-tech journal editors from aspects of industrial mode, specialization, service methods, service attitude and controls of academic misconduct analysis, so as to improve our service ability and professionalism.
