| Take four years practice of the Journal of Dalian Jiaotong University as a sample, the paper discusses the feasibility of publishing first tier technical papers in university academic journals. University academic periodicals should fully play the characteristics of first tier technical papers, showing inclination to such papers in order to improve the overall quality of these journals. |
