| A structural reform has been carried out to Journal of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in August 2013, separating manuscripts solicitation and manuscript review from publishing. Taking this reform as example, the concrete steps, difficulties, and solutions are introduced. Meanwhile, the effectiveness and further tentative plans are addressed to provide information for exploring more effective reforms on sci-tech journals. |
