| According to the career development of young sci-tech editors,we present the characteristics of this job and editor psychology in different growth phases from tension period,adaptation period,confusion period to comprehension period. Sci-tech culture is everything and everywhere,with studying forever,happy learning and unremitting pursuit,plentiful experience is accumulated in order to lay a solid foundation of the editorial career progress and development even more stable, better and faster. |
