| 以互联网为前提的众包模式,已应用于文化创意产业、图书馆、翻译以及地理信息采集等领域。本文基于众包模式的优势以及学术期刊众包评审案例,分析网络环境中出版流程碎片化、出版平台便捷化众包出版模式的可行性。认为高校学术期刊的众包出版需要有相应的机制与流程确保其工作效率和质量。在多媒体融合背景下,高校学术期刊众包出版模式可以为高校学术期刊提高社会效益和社会影响力,提供一个新的发展路径和出版模式。 |

| Crowd-sourcing mode based on Internet has found application in the fields ranging from cultural and creative industries to libraries, translation, and geographic information collection. In response to this situation, this paper discusses the advantages of the crowd-sourcing mode and the evaluation cases related to academic journal crowd-sourcing, analyzes the feasibility of crowd-sourcing publishing mode in network environment of publishing process fragmentation and user-friendliness of publishing platform. Crowd-sourcing publishing of academic journals in colleges and universities requires corresponding mechanism and process necessary for their work efficiency and quality. Crowd-sourcing publishing mode behind academic journals in colleges and universities, aided by multimedia convergence, could provide a new development path and a new business model for improving the social benefits and their social influence.
