| 结合自身工作经验与体会,总结归纳了科研单位学术期刊编辑发展中存在的问题,主要包括发展上升通道受限的外在制约因素和自身忧患竞争意识不足的内在因素。提出科研单位学术期刊编辑发展的对策和建议:科研单位设立期刊管理部门,加强期刊统一管理和编辑职业规划；调整编辑部工作模式,推动编辑由文字编辑向学术编辑转变；加强编辑自我学习和业务提升,做与时俱进的创新型编辑。 |

| Combined with our experiences, we sum up the problems existed in the career development of journal editors in research institutions, mainly including the development of external restrictions on rising channels and internal factors of lack of self-awareness of competition. We suggest research units should set up journal departments to strengthen unified management of journals and editorial career planning, adjust the editorial departments working model to promote editors’ transformation from text editors to academic editors, and strengthen editorial self-learning to keep pace with the times. |
