为了在保证期刊的学术质量的基础上,提高稿件初审的效率,本文结合编辑部的工作实际,提出了一种从稿件最后的结论开始看起,反向追溯作者的研究过程,以提问的方式一路质疑到引言部分的初审方法。实践结果表明通过这种方式对文章进行梳理,可以快速地对文章的科学性和逻辑性做出判断,从而高效地完成初审工作,并有助于给出明确的让作者信服的初审意见。此外,还指出了几点初审中应注意的问题。 |

This paper aims to propose a method to improve the efficiency of initial evaluation of manuscripts for the purpose of guaranteeing academic quality. Combined with the practice of editorial office, a method for initial evaluation of manuscripts is proposed:track the research process of manuscript from the conclusion section to the introduction section by asking questions. Our practical results show that the proposed method can help editors to rapidly evaluate the scientificity and logic of manuscripts so as to enhance the efficiency of initial evaluation. Moreover, detailed convincing suggestions of initial evaluation can be given by this method. Finally, we pointed out some issues which need to be paid attention to in the initial evaluation. |
