      大数据时代,充足的数据资源使得定量评价和考核编委职能成为可能。基于来稿学科与编委学科比对分析,以及对编委学术活跃度和年龄结构的量化考核,优化编委会结构组成,并通过制度性建设,动态监管编委会职能发挥情况,可以显著提升编委的主观能动性。实践显示,经过结构优化和制度化建设后的《地球科学》和《Journal of Earth Science》编委会成员,既是作者,又是审稿专家,也是期刊的宣传组稿人员。实现了编辑、编委的优势互补,期刊组约稿能力的显著提高,促进了期刊的良性发展。
英文摘要:
      In the era of big data, it is possible to make quantitative evaluation and assessment of the functions of editorial committee based on the abundant data resources. After the comparative analysis between the disciplines of manuscripts submitted and those of the editorial committee, as well as the quantitative assessments of the academic activity and age structure of the editorial committee, the composition of the editorial committee structure can be optimized, and the subjective initiative of the editorial committee can be significantly improved through institutional construction and dynamic supervision. Practice results show that members of the editorial committee of Earth Science and Journal of Earth Science, after the structural optimization and institutional construction, are not only authors, but also reviewers and contributors of the journal publicity. The complementary advantages of editors and editorial committee make the acquisition of high-quality articles significantly increase, which promotes the benign development of periodicals.
