| 基于“哑铃型”管理模式,本文将“把学术策划和宣传推广作为拓展性工作、把编辑加工作为基础性工作”的编辑工作模式定义为“哑铃型”编辑模式,论述“哑铃型”编辑工作模式在现阶段的重要性,介绍南京航空航天大学学报编辑部通过制定约稿策划、宣传推广、编辑出版、学科负责及专项负责等各项制度推动编辑部开展“哑铃型”编辑工作模式的过程。总结了编辑部践行“哑铃型”编辑工作模式后在个体发展、团队建设和期刊提升方面取得的工作成效。 |

| This paper defines the “Dumbbell” editorial model based on the “Dumbbell” management mode, which takes the academic planning and publicity as expansive work and the editorial production as basic work, and then points out that the “Dumbbell” editorial mode is important at the current stage of journal development. Moreover, systems about academic planning, publicity and promotion, editorial production, discipline responsibility and special work responsibility in the Editorial Department of JNUAA are introduced in detail, which effectively promotes the “Dumbbell” editorial model in the editorial department. Finally, the work effects about editing ability, team building and journal development of the Editorial Department of JNUAA are summarized. |
