| 稿源质量是决定期刊质量的首要因素, 争取优质稿源是提高期刊竞争力的关键所在。在当今激烈的国际竞争形势面前,必须强化拓展优秀稿源的重要性。如何促进稿源质量稳步提高,如何寻找优质稿源,是摆在每个期刊面前的重要课题。文章以信息科学与系统科学类两大期刊为例,通过对稿源深入分析,将定性指标进行量化,找到不同院校层次稿源的特性,给出邀约优质稿源的着力点和侧重点,探寻提升稿件质量的具体措施和方案,以为编辑的选题和组稿工作提供参考。 |

| The quality of manuscript is the primary factor determining the quality of journals. Striving for high-quality manuscripts is the key to improving the competitiveness of journals. Based on experiences of two major journals of information science and systems science, we take in-depth analysis of the manuscript source and the qualitative indicators, and try to find the characteristics of the sources of different colleges and universities. We also give the focus of the invitation for high-quality manuscripts. |
