| 高质量的作者群规模和数量直接影响着期刊的学术影响力,打造和建立一支高水平作者队伍是实现期刊发展的根本保障。近年来为不断吸引并扩大《煤炭科学技术》核心作者群,编辑部做了许多工作。文章介绍编辑部在维护、发现、寻找、结识、培养核心作者群方面的有效举措:从同学科高影响力期刊中,从高被引论文作者中寻找核心作者群；成立学术组织或机构,聚拢优秀青年作者群；开设特定群体专栏吸引核心作者群；以选题策划为手段,或与会议主办方合作开设专栏挖掘核心作者；以论文写作知识培训为手段培育潜在优秀作者等。文章指出以情感为纽带,利用优质的服务,并与核心作者群建立顺畅的沟通联络机制是持续赢得核心作者群支持的有效方法。 |

| A scale and number of the high quality author group would be directly affected to the academic impacts of a journal and to create and build a high level author team would be a fundamental guarantee to realize the journal development. Combining measures of attracting and expanding the key author group of Coal Science and Technology, we introduced effective measures from the aspects of the maintenance, discovery, seeking, making and training key author group:1) the key author group could be sought from the same academic senior journals and from highly quoted authors of the papers; 2) to establish the academic organization and institute could gather the excellent author group; 3) a training of the paper writing knowledge as the means to train the potential excellent authors all could be the effective means to create the key author group; and 4) with the feeling as the tie, the application of the excellent services and the smooth communication and connection mechanism with the key author group would be the effective method to continuously win the support of the key author group. |
