| In order to make up for the shortage of the academic talents in editorial department, we put forward thoughts on relying on scholars to boost the development of scientific journals, analyze on how to full play the effects of editorial board and the other scholars, and dig out the functional diversities of scholars on scientific journal running, constructing a healthy ecology for the development of scientific journals, and improving the core competence of scientific journals. |
