| The purpose of running scientific journals is the original intention of the editors. It is the mission of the editors to follow this aim. Keeping in mind the original mission, running Chinese scientific journals well and serving the progress of science and technology and modernization construction in China is the inevitable requirement of the state for the publication of scientific journals, and it is also the bounden historical responsibility of scientific journal operators. Taking Prominion Publishing as a case study, it is not difficult to find evidence to support the author’s point of view. |
