| 科技期刊的编辑工作相对枯燥,尚缺乏科学评估编辑业务能力的方法。青年编辑是科技期刊编辑的重要力量,如何提升青年编辑的工作热情、增强其学习动力和业务能力,值得探索。目前有各种机构和组织举办科技期刊编辑业务方面的比赛,对科技期刊编辑,尤其是对青年编辑的影响较大。作为上海市科技期刊的一名青年编辑,笔者共参加4届上海市科技期刊编辑技能大赛和1届中国科技期刊青年编辑大赛,分别获得团体优秀奖2次,以及个人三等奖和个人优秀奖各1次。现就笔者参加的2类比赛的经验和感悟,分析科技期刊编辑大赛对青年编辑的作用,并对大赛提出进一步完善的建议。 |

| The editing work of scientific journals is relatively boring, and there is still a lack of scientific methods for evaluating the editing capabilities. Young editors are important force for editors of scientific journals. It is worth exploring how to improve the enthusiasm of young editors and enhance their learning motivation and professional ability. At present, various institutions and organizations had held competitions on the editing of scientific journals, which had great influence on scientific journal editors, especially young editors. As a young editor of scientific journals in Shanghai, the author participated in 4 sessions of Shanghai Scientific Periodicals Editing Skills Competition and 1 session of China Scientific Periodicals Young Editors Competition, and won the group excellence award twice, as well as the individual third prize and individual excellence award once each. Based on the author’s experience and perception of the two types of competitions, this paper analyzed the effect of the scientific journal editing competition on young editors, and put forward suggestions for further improvement of the competition. |
