| 青年医师是医学发展的未来和希望,是医学发展的中坚力量。近年来,《中华外科杂志》编辑部针对青年外科医师的需求,搭建了“中华外科金手指展演活动”“中华外科青年学者学术展示活动”“青研社”“基层医师规范化培训项目”4个学术交流平台。通过举办特色学术活动,为青年医师提供了合作和展示的机会,既提高了他们的学术水平和手术技能,培养了优秀青年作者,又增强了青年医师对期刊的黏滞度,助推期刊的品牌影响力持续提升。 |

| Young physicians are the future and the backbone of medical science. To meet the demands of youth surgeons, editorial office of Chinese Journal of Surgery has established four influential academic exchange platforms:the Chinese Surgical Gold finger Operation Video Presentation, the Chinese Surgical Young Scholars Academic Presentation, the Chinese Young Surgeons Academic Research Society,and the Standardized Training Program for Chinese Grassroots Surgeons. The launch of such academic activities have allowed youth surgeons access to opportunities for cooperation and presentation, which not only improves their academic level and surgical skills, but also cultivates outstanding young authors, and enhances the adhesiveness of young surgeons to the journal, thus boosting the brand influence continuously. |
