| 受开放科学思想影响,传统的同行评议模式正在发生变革。开放同行评议自首次提出至今已走过40个年头,已被越来越多的期刊所接受并应用。时值我国加快建设世界一流科技期刊之际,对开放同行评议的系统回顾与展望有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对现行的开放同行评议模式进行梳理总结,根据不同模式的特点概括为完全开放式同行评议、透明同行评议和开放评论式同行评议3种模式并分析其优劣,进而指出当前制约开放同行评议发展的关键因素和未来可能的发展方向,以期为国内期刊推行开放同行评议等提供必要的参考或借鉴依据。 |

| Influenced by the idea of open science, the traditional peer review model is changing. The concept of open peer review, which was first proposed 40 years ago,has been accepted and applied by more and more journals. At a time when China is encouraging the development of world-class sci-tech periodicals in our mainland, it is of great significance to review the process of open peer review and look into the future. Here, the existing open peer review models are summarized and divided into three categories according to their characteristics. complete open peer review, transparent peer review and peer review of open comments. Each has its pros and cons. We point out, at the end, the key factors restricting the development of open peer review and the possible development direction in the future, in order to provide reference for domestic journals to implement open peer review. |
