| 高校学报的综合性历来受到诟病。为化解这一短板,《西安交通大学学报(医学版)》在“小综合、大专科”办刊理念的指导下,走上了专题化、专刊化的发展之路；“三级约稿制”的实施为期刊的发展提供了强有力的稿源支持,期刊的主要学术指标稳步攀升。本文就综合性学报专题化、专刊化发展的必要性及“三级约稿制”的具体方法做较为系统的介绍。 |

| For years, journals of colleges and universities in China has been criticized for their unfocused contents. To overcome this shortcoming, Journal of Xi’an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) has been trying every effort to develop special topics and special issues, while keeping the balance between focused and unfocused topics. Implementation of the “three-level solicited contribution system” ensured constant paper submissions, resulting in a steady increase in major academic evaluation indexes. This article systematically illustrated the necessity of changing a comprehensive journal to one with more focused topics or special issue as well as details about the “three-level solicited contribution system”. |
