| 基于松散耦合视角对科技期刊编委会建设策略进行了探讨。结合松散耦合理论及松散耦合组织特征,提出可以从“制定科学的编委遴选制度”“增强编委在期刊运营中的参与感”“将期刊长远目标分解为编委明确任务”“制定合理考核激励淘汰制度”4个维度达到提升编委会建设效果的目的。 |

| Based on the loose coupling perspective, this paper discusses the construction strategy of the editorial board of sci-tech academic journals.Combined with the loose coupling theory and the loose coupling organization characteristics, the authors propose that the purpose of improving the construction effect of the editorial committee can be achieved from four dimensions:formulate a scientific editorial board selection system, enhance the editorial board’s sense of participation in journal operation, disassemble the long-term objectives of the journal into clear tasks for the editorial board, and formulate a reasonable assessmentand incentive elimination system. |
